2023 IBTF WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP & NATIONS CUP COMPETITIONS TICKETING INFORMATION
All spectators will be required to purchase a ticket through the M&S Bank Arena Box Office to enter the competition venue. Spectators include anyone who is not part of a federation’s official delegation. To enable spectators to book seats together, the Box Office will open as follows:

Those who booked spectator tickets on-line were allocated the 'best available' by the booking system.
If your seats are not near your country’s group of supporters and you would like to sit in the same area with the group, it may be possible to change them.
If you wish to move, please email Group Bookings (april.furlong@accliverpool.com) with details of your current seat numbers and the country you wish to sit with and April will check if there are any seats available. There are no guarantees that you will be able to move, but the team will do their best to help wherever possible.
Also, anyone who has not already bought their tickets but is wanting to sit in the same area as their country group, please contact April rather than booking on-line.

2023 IBTF World Championship & Nations Cup Competitions
IBTF Official Badge Credential Allocation
Athletes and official delegation members (official coaches, judges and delegation leaders) will have named identity badges which will be barcoded and scanned on entry into the arena.
Each federation will receive a free allotment of five (5) badges for both the 2023 World Championship (WC) & the Nations Cup (NC). That is, federations will receive five (5) badges for the Nations Cup and five (5) badges for the World Championship (e.g., President, Official Delegation Representative, National Coach, Technical Advisor, etc.).
Note: Federations who enter both World Majorette and Baton Twirling disciplines in the World Championship must share the free allotment of badges. Those who enter only one or the other will receive all the allotted badges.
Additional free badges will be based on the number of athletes entered in each competition. Federations will receive one (1) additional badge for every 25 athletes entered.
Each Federation determines which official delegation members will receive the free badges.
As purchased spectator tickets are for specific numbered seats, there will be a separate designated seating area for badge holders.
Athletes entered in the NC can gain free entry into the WC if they are staying in one of the official hotels, upon presentation of their athlete’s badge, and can watch the competition from the designated athlete’s seating area.
Additional coaches’ badges for official delegate coaches will be available at a cost of £60 for NC / £100 for WC, offering seating in the athletes’ seating area at the side of the arena only and with access to the warm-up area.

- They have a student or team competing in the competition
- They are staying in one of the official hotels (stay to play)
