![]() To all athletes, coaches, and technical advisors who participated in Nations Cup, First and foremost congratulations to all 1280 athletes who participated in the inaugural 2023 IBTF Nations Cup. What a wonderful few days of sport! I would be remiss not to acknowledge and apologize for the unfortunate mistakes in the announcement of final results during the Nations Cup award ceremony for 2 and 3 baton. Behind the scenes, the correct results had already been posted on the website for the public. Unfortunately, in the rush to complete paperwork for the announcers, the preliminary results were printed in error. We appreciate and thank the athletes who had the good sportsmanship to return the awards to be given to the correct winners. Another example of the quality of baton twirling athletes. On behalf of the IBTF Executive Committee and host country of England, thank you for your understanding. Sincerely, Sandi Wiemers IBTF President Day 1 Level A & B Solo, 2Baton, 3Baton and Duet events kicked off the competition with excitement. Take a look at the recap video!
