Doors open at 7:15 AM for Majorette and Nations Cup athletes
Doors open at 7:30 AM for World Technical Championship athletes
No pre-orders for merchandise. Merchandise can be purchased on site at the venue.
Spectators may attend the Presentation Ceremony free of charge, but it is mandatory to register and choose a seat. Spectators may complete this registration here. This does not apply to badge holders, only spectators.
Showtwirl Accessories Corps bringing props to the Arena on Friday: There are plenty of storage areas in the corridor of dressing rooms. When you arrive, a volunteer will help corps store props in the correct place.

Q: How many coaches can stand with athletes during check in and warm up to compete?
A: 1 coach per athlete for individual / pair events, 2-3 coaches for teams, groups and corps
Q: Should athletes wait for penalties before leaving the floor?
A: Yes, athletes need to wait for penalties to be flashed before leaving the floor.
Q: Does the arena have air conditioning?
A: Yes - (the strength of which may feel 'air cooled' to some - bring your hand-held fans!)
Q: Do the arena concession/bar and vendors take credit card or cash?
A: Both, credit card and cash
Q: Are Technical Advisors allowed to be with athletes?
A: No, the same rule applies as the coach to athlete ratio within the checkpoint and warm up areas. 1 coach per individual athlete / pair, 2-3 coaches per teams (TA can be included as one of the 2-3 coaches for teams, groups and corps)
Q: Where do Technical Advisors, athletes and coaches sit after performances?
A: Reserved seating is available in the arena. Technical Advisors can also sit in the VIP section of the arena.
Q: Where do Team Coordinators stand with athletes?
A: Team Coordinators should be located at Check Point 1
