To help coaches complete the fiche correctly and avoid mistakes the IBTF Technical Sports Commission has created a separate fiche file for the Junior category. Reminder: The NEW Junior fiche requires 4 aerials. The Senior fiche requires 5 aerials. For both fiche files, it is important to select from the drop-down menu, the 'Junior' or 'Senior' category and the athlete's country. The files are available below.

The 2026 IBTF Event Participation Forms are now available. These are REQUIRED to compete / participate as an athlete, coach or official in the upcoming 2026 IBTF competitions. Link to access: https://www.ibtf-batontwirling.org/required-forms
