What is the IBTF Coaches Circle?

The IBTF Coaches Circle is a global coaching community designed to support the growth, development, and connection of baton twirling coaches worldwide. By combining practical coaching resources, collaborative learning, and professional development opportunities, the Coaches Circle helps coaches strengthen their skills, enhance athlete performance, and learn from one another through shared experiences and meaningful discussions.

Designed to complement the formal education offered through TwirlED, the Coaches Circle focuses on the practical application of coaching knowledge. It provides accessible opportunities for coaches to learn, apply, and share best practices throughout their coaching journey.

The Coaches Circle is built around three key pillars:
