Twirl Ireland Athletes Share Baton Twirling at European Sport for All Games

of all ages to celebrate sport, movement, and community. Representing the Twirl Ireland Federation, members of Rhythmic Dance Twirlers (RDT) had the opportunity to introduce baton twirling to attendees throughout the event.

 

"It was a privilege to represent IBTF at the 2026 European Sport for All Games in Limerick, Ireland. The day was full of excitement and joy. We enjoyed teaching the basics of baton to people both young and old who came to support the day. A true memory for us that will not soon be forgotten," shared Kelly Clark of Rhythmic Dance Twirlers.

 

The event featured participation from Emma Clarke, Katrice Carlos, Eilish Fox, Rosa Smyth, Pola Smutek, and Hannah Arellano. The athletes proudly represented Twirl Ireland while


sharing their passion for baton twirling with the public, helping introduce new audiences to the sport in a fun and welcoming environment.

 

Through demonstrations, instruction, and community engagement, the athletes helped create lasting memories and showcased the spirit of inclusion and friendship that defines the European Sport for All Games. Their enthusiasm and dedication made the day a memorable celebration of sport for participants and spectators alike.
